Sometimes we are stuck and can’t seem to make the changes we need or want.  I encourage you to think about something you might like change.  Then, think about all the positive things that can come with that change.   The list of positive gains can motivate us to do the hard work of changing.

I hope that knowing  what you have to gain can motivate you to work on “that thing” that can bring more joy to your life!
